Prince Ned Nwoko

The Print Media Publishers Guild of Nigeria on Sunday said it has endorsed Prince Ned Nwoko, for the Delta North Senate Seat in the forthcoming general elections.
Prince Nwoko who is currently a Senatorial candidate under the platform of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) is described as the best of all the candidates for the Delta North Senate seat.
A statement signed by the President of PMPGN, Elder Tom Ogar Uhia, said his members were delighted to identify with Prince Ned Nwoko for his gesture in contributing to the eradication of Malaria in the country through his Prince Ned Nwoko Foundation Malaria Eradication Project.
He commended the former lawmaker for joining other partners in the nationwide promotion and roll out of RTS’S, the new malaria vaccine which the World Health Organization (WHO) recently approved for wide-use in the country.
Ogar also commended Nwoko for his giant stride in building and also getting Federal Government approval for the first sports university in Africa at Idumuje Ugboko, Delta State.
‘We are delighted that the Federal Executive Council (FEC) approved the issuance of provisional licenses for the establishment of the first Sports University in Africa’
Ogar stated that having carefully extolled Nwoko’s visionary leadership qualities, forthrightness, and uncommon courage, he would surely lead Delta North and the nation by extension to greater heights.
He said, “It is in the light of this, we call on the electorate to vote for Hon. Ned Nwoko in the forth coming general elections.
