A former governor of Osun State Chief Bisi Akande says there is no rancour among the south west presidential aspirants of the All Progressives Congress. He added that South West is united and will work to produce Nigeria’s next president.
He made the comment while speaking to journalists at the end of a meeting of presidential aspirants of the All Progressives Congress (APC) from the South
Akande said it was agreed that the aspirants should shun divisiveness and go about their campaigns with maturity.
The meeting, which was held on Friday at the Lagos House in Marina, had Vice President Yemi Osinbajo; a former Lagos State governor, Bola Tinubu, and some governors in the region in attendance.
Others were the Speaker of the House of Representatives, Femi Gbajabiamila. The ministers of works and housing; trade and industry and investment, and interior amongst others also attended.
