The management and staff members of the Nigerian National Petroleum Company Limited (NNPC Ltd.) have commiserated with the publisher and editor-in-chief of THE CONCLAVE online newspapers, Mr Sufuyan Ojeifo, on the death of his mother, Madam Aishetu Ojeifo, on Saturday, October 12, 2024.
Madam Aishetu Ojeifo died from a brief illness at 91 at her residence in Owo, Ondo State, and left behind worthy legacies of service to God and mankind as well as successful children, including those she mentored.
Her remains, according to a statement by her family signed by Mr Ojeifo, would be interred at her residence in Agbede, her hometown in Edo State, on Friday, November 22, 2024.
In a condolence letter to Mr Ojeifo, who is a member of the Guild of Corporate Online Publishers (GOCOP) and also the Nigerian Guild of Editors (NGE), signed on behalf of the NNPC Ltd. by the Chief Corporate Communications Officer (CCCO), Mr Olufemi O. Soneye, the company identified “with the family in this moment of grief.”

“Condolences
“We received, with deep sense of sadness, the news of the demise of your dear mother, Madam Aishetu Ojeifo at the age of 91.
“As testified by many, the late Aishetu was a devout Christian who cared for others and demonstrated pure love for the Almighty God through her act of piety.
“She was also a true community leader whose philanthropy and peaceful disposition are widely acknowledged by all. Her contributions and positive spirit had a lasting impact not only on her community, but also on us all. She will be greatly missed.
“Our hearts go out to you and the entire Ojeifo family in this moment of grief. We pray that the Almighty God fills the void created by her transition, and may He grant her soul a peaceful repose.
“On behalf of myself and the entire NNPC family, kindly accept our deepest and heartfelt condolences on this unfortunate loss.
