The Nigerian man

While some Nigerians are denting the image of Nigeria by getting involved in fraud, some are preserving our ethics and cultural values by upholding the dignity of the country. A Nigerian cab man falls within the latter. He found a purse containing $3,767, ¥10,000 and an international passport in his car after the Chinese lady he picked alighted from his car. He drove back to the house where the lady dropped and returned the wallet. The lady counted the money and it was intact. She was so happy that he compesated him with a $100 (hundred dollar) note. In a video made available to NATIONAL WAVES, the man said it’s ungodly to take what does not belong to one and was satisfied with the money given to him after he returned the purse. ” Yes, this is how to live life, you don’t take what does not belong to you, I’m happy I returned her wallet containing $3,767, ¥10,000 and an international passport, she gave me $100 and I’m happy about it. By my calculation, the money when converted to our naira is over N5million”. “The devil told me to keep it but I said no, this doesn’t belong to me, so I returned it. I’m a Christian, I came back from Nigeria few days ago, came back from church today and decided to hussle with my car. She’s my third passenger and I just made $30 but I’m happy with the $100 she gave me, its like millions to me” Said the man. Watch video below
