Former Governor of Central Bank of Nigeria, (CBN) Godwin Emefiele, who was granted bail by a court and perfected his bail conditions which culminated to his release from the custody of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC) is back in the anti-graft agency’s custody.
This is because a Lagos State High Court sitting in Ikeja, on Monday, April 8, ordered his remand in the custody of the EFCC over alleged abuse of office and $5.5 billion and N2.8 billion fraud.
