The Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, has declared Senator Aishatu Dahiru Binani the winner of the Adamawa governorship election.
The Resident Electoral Commissioner for the state, Barrister Hudu Yunusa declared her winner on Sunday morning following the supplementary election held Saturday.
