he Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) has said that election materials meant for the Okigwe Local Government Area of Imo State have been diverted to the houses of some associates of the state governor, Hope Uzodimma.
The PDP in an election update post on X platform alleged that the election materials meant for the volatile areas were now in the homes of the APC associates.
The party said, “#ImoDecides2023: #RedAlerts Happening now- In Okigwe LGA, the election materials meant for the volatile Areas are now taken to the houses of the following APC stakeholders… 1. Hon. Emeka Okoronkwo.. Commissioner 2. Lady Nkechi Mbonu Sole Administrator 3. Hon. Chidi Ogbunikpa House of Assembly Member 4. Hon. Patrick Ndubueze Senator, Imo North 5. Pst. Frank ONWUMERE Former, Transition Chairman, Okigwe LGA. Police, other security agents and the @inecnigeria, please take note.”
