GTBank Apologises To Customers Over Service Disruption During System Upgrade

Guaranty Trust Bank (GTBank) has apologised to its customers for any inconvenience experienced during its recent transition to a new and enhanced Core Banking Application System.

The bank also informed its numerous customers across the country that all branches would be open for service on Saturday and Sunday.

The bank disclosed this in a message In a message to customers on Friday.

The bank stated that all branches nationwide would open on Saturday, 26 October, from 9am to 2pm, and on Sunday, from 9am to 1pm.

The message read: “Dear Customer, we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience experienced during our recent transition to a new and enhanced Core Banking Application System. We are pleased to inform you that all our branches nationwide will be open this weekend at the following times: Saturday, 26 October – 9am to 2pm; Sunday, 27 October – 9am to 1pm.

“Please visit any GTBank branch near you, where our Service Responders will be available to assist.”
