The Super Eagles of Nigeria could not fly when they met the Elephants of Cote d’Ivoire in the final of Africa Cup of Nations on Sunday night.
The Elephants defeated Super Eagles of Nigeria 2-1 to win 2023 Africa Cup of Nations (AFCON).at the Alassane Ouattara Stadium in Abidjan.
The Super Eagles captain William Troost-Ekong headed his side into a half-time lead but Franck Kessie levelled with a header before Sebastian Haller scored the second goal.
