Burna Boy

Afrobeats legend Burna Boy has said that his altercation with a fan at the recently concluded Greater Lagos music fiesta was caused by post traumatic stress disorder. He also said that he has long standing rule of not allowing fans to bump into him on stage.
Recall that he had an altercation with an overzealous fan during his performance at the Greater Lagos Countdown 2025. The artist who claimed that he performed free of charge was part of the star-studded event that also featured other artistes like Seyi Vibez and Wizkid but things went awry when a fan pushed past security.
The moment captured in a video and which has gone viral showed the self-proclaimed African Giant performing and then kicking the fan who rushed towards him.
With a look of anger and disappointment on his face, Burna stopped his rendition mid way as the fan was whisked away taken by a security guard.
Irked, the singer elected to end his performance there and then, signalling to his team that he had had enough. He then walked off stage.
Burna Boy is no stranger to controversy and has always been verbal about his zero tolerance for unpleasant situations.
