Muhammadu Buhari, Nigeria’s president-elect and Prof. Yemi Osibanjo have received Certificate of Return from the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC.
At hand to present the two certificates of return was the chairman of INEC, Prof Mahmood Yakubu who handed over the certificates to the president elect and the vice president elect.
