President Muhammudu Buhari has relieved the service chiefs of their jobs. The president appointed new officers to replace them.
Major General Leo Irabor is the new Chief of Defence Staff, Major General Attahiru was appointed as the Chief of Army Staff, Rear Admiral AZ Gambo is the new Chief of Naval Staff, while Air Vice Marshall I.O Amao is the Chief of Air Staff.
