Pastor Adeboye during the ‘Prayer Walk’ protest

The General Overseer of the Redeemed Christian Church of God,RCCG) Pastor Enoch Adeboye this morning led a protest tagged ‘Prayer Walk’ against insecurity in the country.
Adeboye, who led a protest walk for peace to reign in the country in Lagos prayed for God to take control of the current security situation in the country.
The GO enjoined all members of the Redeemed Christian Church of God to also participate in the ‘Prayer Walk’ a directive that was adhered to by all the members.
It would be recalled that the Boko Haram insurgents rejected the sum of N50million and killed the Chairman of the Christian Association of Nigeria (CAN) in Michika Local Government Area of Adamawa State, Rev. Lawan Andim after he was kidnapped.
