A combined picture of the crashed tanker and car
About five persons were reportedly dead as a tanker crashed in the early morning of Friday, which occurred in the Berger area of the Lagos-Ibadan Expressway.

Rather, it was a crash of the tanker, whose container fell on some vehicles and into which some others ran into after it fell.
A few metres after that, a Lafarge cement mixer and a car also ran into each other in a bid to avoid crashing into the fallen tanker.
Videos from the accident scene showed no fewer than three vehicles affected by the accident, which completely locked down the expressway for over an hour.
