United States President-elect, Donald Trump, has extended an invitation to Pastor William Kumuyi, General Superintendent of the Deeper Life Bible Church, to attend his second inauguration on January 20, 2025.

The invitation was confirmed by A. Larry Ross Communications, a prominent public relations firm based in the United States.

The firm stated that the decision to invite Pastor Kumuyi underscores Trump’s wish to include globally influential spiritual leaders in the historic event.

Reacting to the invitation, Pastor Kumuyi praised Trump for “his bold commitment to defending Christian values and championing international religious freedom throughout his first term in office.”

He lauded the President-elect for empowering faith-based initiatives and tackling issues significant to the global Christian community.

Kumuyi noted that Trump’s initiatives had “not only bolstered religious liberty in the United States but also sparked important conversations on the need for moral leadership worldwide.”

Ross Communications also disclosed that during his visit to Washington, D.C., Pastor Kumuyi is expected to participate in a series of high-profile engagements, including meetings with U.S. lawmakers, prominent church leaders, and influential media figures.

The invitation to Pastor Kumuyi follows a similar announcement by Nigerian gospel singer and pastor Nathaniel Bassey, who confirmed his attendance at the Presidential Inaugural Prayer Breakfast.
