A chieftain of the All Progressives Congress [APC] in Imo State, Senator Ifeanyi Araraume, has felicitated Nigerians on the occasion of this year’s Workers’ Day celebrations.

Araraume urged Nigerian workers and their family members to take the opportunity of the Workers’ Day to celebrate the dedication of the workers and bread winners to the service of the nation.

He said Nigerians, regardless of whether or not they are in the public or private sectors, should embrace the shared values of patriotism, unity, love, and tolerance for the progress of the nation.

According to him, “This occasion should be used to renew hope in the country. It should also be used to express readiness to strengthen collaboration and synergy towards the achievement of robust administration and governance of the nation.

“Nigerian workers, especially those in the public sector, should double down in the pursuit of their mandate deliverables with their eyes always sharply focused on their Key Performance Indicators [KPIs] so that working in synergy as against working in silos, the administration of President Bola Tinubu can be assisted to achieve its campaign promises.”
