A four-storey building has collapsed in Abuja the federal capital territory resulting in the death of two persons and leaving many people trapped.
The building which collapsed Thursday morning is located in Gwarinmpa area of Abuja
Mrs Florence Wenegieme, Director, Forecasting, Response and Mitigation, FCT Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), confirmed the incident to newsmen. She said her team had rescued 11 persons.
“The persons we rescued have been taken to Gwarimpa General Hospital. We are working to rescue more victims,” she said.
