By Our Reporter
The Kogi State House of Assembly was on Monday razed by fire.
As at the time of filling this report the cause of the fire incident was unknown.
It was gathered that the assembly gallery was completely burnt to ashes.
The fire incident started at about 8am on Monday.
The speaker of the House, Prince Mathew Kolawole while speaking to journalists at the Assembly’s complex said the House would allow security agencies to investigate the incident.
He, however, said this would not stop the assembly from performing its duty as the resolution of the House concerning a cement company in the state stands.
