Friends and family members of likable lawyer, Festus Keyamo are ecstatic that the Legal Practitioners’ Privileges Committee on Thursday, awarded him the rank of the Senior Advocate of Nigeria (SAN). According to them, this is long overdue.
29 other lawyers also received the honour.
They include the Alliance for Democracy (AD) candidate in the last governorship candidate in Ondo State, Chief Olusola Oke and Akinlolu Osinbajo, the brother to the Acting President Yemi Osinbajo.
This year made the 9th time Keyamo had been denied the rank.
He was previously invited for the final interview four times, before he was shortlisted for the exercise for the fifth time this year.
He had been previously invited for interview by the LPPC five times.
