Hottest Premier League Transfer Window 2021 Deals

Cristiano Ronaldo Re-signed by Manchester from Juventus

The premier League transfer window has come to an exciting end with arrivals and departures of players.

Manchester United have completed the most sensational piece of business, re-signing Cristiano Ronaldo from Juventus, 12 years after he left the club to join Real Madrid. Ronaldo will link up with former Real teammate Raphael Varane and Jadon Sancho at Old Trafford this season.

Manchester City were credited with an interest in Ronaldo after missing out on their top striker target Harry Kane who will remain at Spurs. City have completed the most expensive signing of the window nonetheless, acquiring Jack Grealish in a £100m deal from Aston Villa.

Chelsea have also splashed the cash, bringing Romelu Lukaku back to the club seven years after allowing him to join Everton. Lukaku signed for a club-record £97.5m deal from Inter with whom he won the Serie A title last season.

Liverpool’s lack of depth in defence almost cost them a Champions League place and Jurgen Klopp has moved quickly to bolster his options in that area as a result by signing France U21 captain Ibrahima Konate from RB Leipzig in a deal worth £36m.

Leicester City, the Premier League kings of the transfer market in recent years, got big deals done quickly with Zambian forward Patson Daka joining from Red Bull Salzburg and French midfielder Boubakary Soumare following from Ligue 1 champions Lille.

Premier League newcomers Norwich City have been busy so far, securing Billy Gilmour on a season-long loan deal from Chelsea and highly-rated Kosovo winger Milot Rashica from Werder Bremen to fill the void left by Emiliano Buendia who has joined Aston Villa.
