This is the shocking story of how a nine-year-old girl, (names withheld) was captured by a Closed Circuit Television (CCTV) also known as video surveillance burnt down the Ebeano Supermarket, Abuja.
The said girl was arrested along side her elder sister. It’s yet to be ascertained if it was her sister that spurred her into committing the heinous act
A CCTV footage making the rounds in the social media revealed how the girl purportedly set the multi-million naira Ebeano Supermarket on fire.
It would be recalled that when the ugly incident reared its head penultimate Saturday. nothing was salvaged from the supermarket.
The girl, who wore a black T-Shirt, with an inscription on the front side and a black jeans trousers sauntered in leisurely and went straight to the section having gas cylinders and cookers, picked a lighter and lit it up, placing it strategically where it would spread fast.
She left as soon as she carried out the dastardly act
